Forum - Intergrating Image Capture into form, I don't know WordPress?

I'm pretty new to the whole php/wordpress story. I just added Protect
to my Contact form today using easy installation. It seems to be
working fine except I'd prefer to have the image capture some where
within my form rather than opening on a separate page.
I'm not using Wordpress (I actually don't really know what it is). My
form is pure html and a php script with a "thankyou" page afterwards.
Is there a way I can integrate it into my form?
